Chemel AB (publ) (org no 556529-6224) develops, markets and sells biochemical analysis systems including instrument, reagents and service. Chemel AB is the mother company in the Chemel Group, whose product portfolio targets end-users in the biotechnology, clinical and food fields. The company's own product line is based on the unique and patented SIRE^® technology. The vision of the Chemel Group is to further establish itself as a distributor of leading-edge products for research, routine and process-scale applications as well as becoming a leading international supplier of high quality and affordable analysis systems for use in biotechnology, clinical and food applications

Goals

We want to be regarded as a competent and reliable provider of analysis solutions in well-defined food and bioprocess applications. Further goals involve development of clinical diagnostic tools such as automatic immunoassay systems for protein analysis and licensing of the SIRE^® Technology in niche-areas where the company does not have the intention to explore the SIRE^® Technology itself.

Strategy

Chemel shall develop high quality products and offer complete solutions for user-friendly, specific, flexible and rapid analysis in complex sample solutions to its customers. The products will be marketed by Chemel itself and internationally through well-renown distributors or other types of partners. The SIRE^® Technology will be developed by Chemel itself or, if technically and economically favourable, together with partners.
