Chemel AB (publ) is listed on the AktieTorget May 3, 2010 The principal shareholders are Ajust Holding A/S and European Institute of Science AB (publ), which is also listed on Aktietorget. The founder of Chemel AB and inventor of the SIRE Technology, Ass Prof Dario Kriz, is also a major shareholder. In addition, the company is owned by several (ca 2 700) smaller shareholders (<3% of votes and share capital).
